Hi! My name is Diane and I've been making 'things' for as long as I can remember. I was blessed to have two incredible artists in my family, my great Aunt Rosie and my Grandmother Lois, the two of them together could make anything. They started me crafting as soon as I could hold a crochet needle. My first jewelry was made using macrame and wooden beads when I was 8 years old. Over the years, I have learned to crochet, cross-stitch, knit, needle-point, paper mache', pottery, painting and watercolor. I found my passion when I discovered wire-jewelry and lampwork beads. It was here that I could combine all of the elements I loved and at the same time create a unique piece of art jewelry. Six years later, I am still obsessed, and always thinking about what I want to create next.
A unique point of interest about me is in 2008 I had a wonderful opportunity to make a General Beading DVD for Jewelry Televisions, Jewel School Series. I was chosen out of 100's of artists around the country. Be sure to check me out at:
